Is MyFriend free?
Downloading, joining rooms, listening and text chat are free and always will be. Coins are only needed for private one-to-one calls and for sending gifts.
Do I need to show my face or upload a photo?
No. A profile photo is optional. The one-time selfie used for age verification is not shown to other users and is deleted within 30 days once the check passes.
Can people see my phone number?
Never. Your number is used to sign in and nothing else. Other users see only your display name, languages and interests.
What happens when I block someone?
They lose the ability to see your profile, join a call with you or find you in any room. The block is instant and they are not told about it.
Can I earn money by hosting a room?
Verified hosts can convert the gifts they receive into payouts, subject to a minimum threshold and bank verification. Rates and rules are in the app and in our refund and coins policy.
Is it available on iPhone?
